Our new website aims to simplify the ordering process for our customers, by offering an intuitive online editor, giving you the power to create your own personalised stationery effortlessly. About us and Our Background
TPW Shop is a brand of The Printed Word, an independent print company based in Horsham, West Sussex.
The Printed word initially started as a litho printer over 30 years ago. Our day to day business was (and still is) business and promotional printing. Over the past 3 decades, we have become very well established in the industry and are best known for our quick turnarounds and the overall quality of our work. Many of our current team members have been on the journey with The Printed Word during the course of it’s lifetime, which proves that we are a team of very loyal experts, who are all passionate about what we do (we see a higher turnaround in upgraded print machines, then we do team members!).
Today, we’re excited to introduce this new dimension to our services: our cutting-edge web-to-print solution, TPW Shop.

As technology advances, so does our commitment to the environment at our state-of-the-art print factory. Nestled within the picturesque Graylands Estate in Horsham, West Sussex, our 7000sq ft modern facility is surrounded by pristine fields and woodlands, a source of immense pride for us.
Driven by our dedication to preserving this natural beauty, we actively pursue initiatives to offset our carbon footprint. In 2021, we made a significant investment in solar panels, discreet yet powerful, which now generate a substantial portion of the energy required to operate our machinery. Additionally, we prioritise sourcing materials from FSC-accredited manufacturers, ensuring that our paper products come from responsibly managed forests that benefit both the environment and local communities.
To further minimise our environmental impact, we have implemented efficient practices such as bulk buying of supplies, reducing the frequency of deliveries to the factory. Moreover, all our printed products are packaged using plastic-free materials, aligning with our commitment to sustainability from production to delivery.
Our dedication to environmental sustainability is of paramount importance to us, and we continuously explore new avenues to offset our carbon emissions and contribute positively to the environment we cherish.
